Supplemental Costs

Postage: ¥432 anywhere in Japan. However, free delivery for any purchase over ¥5,400.
Transfer Fee: Bank transfer fees to be paid by the customer.
Other: If any other fees are to be incrued, the customer will be notified in advance

Delivery Terms

Normally orders will be shipped with in 3 business days.
Please be advised that delivery can be delayed due to the following reasons:
1) high concentration of orders
2) delivery location
3) shopping season
4) weather
5) traffic conditions.

Cash On Delivery: Please pay cash to the delivery company.
Credit Card: We accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB, DinersClub and American Express
Bank Transfer / Postal Transfer (Prepayment): Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after confirmation of payment.

Defective Products and Orders

We strive to maintain the highest of quality controls. However, in the event of a defective product or order, please notify us with in 8 days so that we can replace the product.
In this event, postage will be paid by Alpha-Net.

Returned Products

In order to return products, please notify us with in 8 days of delivery. The returned products must be un-opened and and un-used (if returning a set, all the products in the set must be un opened and unused).
In this event, the postage will b epaid by the customer.
